As a sex therapist, it is particularly important to me to accompany people on their journey to a healthy and fulfilling sex life.
What is close to my heart
With an empathetic and respectful approach, I want to help my clients overcome their personal challenges in the area of sexuality. In my practice, you can expect a safe and confidential space where you can talk openly about your sexual concerns without judgment or prejudice.
I am good at empathizing with the feelings and thoughts of my clients. Listening is not a duty for me, but a passion. It always touches me anew to be able to accompany my clients into a liberated sexuality.
The "Sexocorporel" approach views sexuality as a unity of body and mind and emphasizes the importance of physical sensations, emotions and thoughts on the sexual experience.
My work is based on a holistic understanding of sexuality and the conviction that everyone has the right to positive and satisfying sexual experiences.
Key is that sexuality is learned and can be learned and can therefore be expanded and changed through targeted interventions.

My career
Since completing my Bachelor's degree at the University of Bern, I have been working for over 12 years in the HR department of various Swiss companies in Switzerland and abroad.
I have been working as a sexual counselor since 2023 and completed my Master's degree in Sexology (MA) at the Institute for Sex Education and Sex Therapy in Zurich (ISP) in September 2024.
